Terms of Service
These Terms govern Coro, a free public conversation service operated by Rodrigo Uroz from Argentina. By confirming acceptance and entering, you represent that you are at least 18 and accept these Terms, the Community Rules, and the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Coro is evolving. We may change, limit, suspend, or stop features. We do not guarantee continuous availability, permanent content storage, distribution, perfect translations, or a particular audience. The version covered by these Terms is free.
2. Eligibility and access
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for control of your browser, session, and access. Do not use another person's identity or evade suspensions or technical controls.
3. Your content
You keep whatever ownership you hold in content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to operating Coro: to host, reproduce, technically adapt, translate, analyze, create semantic artifacts and summaries from, distribute, display, and moderate your content. This operation may include eligible Voice text, without Coro-provided identity details, in a share explicitly created by the root Voice author without asking for new approval for each share from the person who replied. The text is unattributed, not anonymous, and its own words or circumstances may identify you. The license lasts while content remains in the service and for a limited period needed for backups, safety, claims, and legal duties. You represent that you may post the content and that it does not violate third-party rights.
4. Acceptable use
Follow the law and Community Rules. Do not use Coro for spam, harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, sexual exploitation, sexual content, encouragement of self-harm, illegal transactions, fraud, impersonation, malware, technical interference, or control evasion. Political and current-events discussion is allowed when it follows the Rules.
5. Moderation and appeals
We use automated signals and human review. We may reduce distribution, exclude content from exploration, hold or remove it, limit features, or suspend access. Tools can make mistakes. Request review of a material action at [email protected] with enough information to identify it. We do not promise to restore content or respond to reports publicly.
6. Intellectual property
Respect copyright, trademarks, and other rights. To report possible infringement, email [email protected] and identify the work or right, challenged content, location, contact details, basis of the claim, and a good-faith statement. We may request more information, remove content, or reject incomplete or abusive claims.
7. Leaving and deletion
You may stop using Coro and request deletion at [email protected]. We may limit or terminate access for violations, risk, legal duties, or discontinuation. Limited evidence may remain when necessary for safety, appeals, third-party rights, or law.
8. Third-party services
Coro relies on infrastructure and model providers, including Cloudflare, OpenAI through Cloudflare AI Gateway, and PostHog Cloud US as described in the Privacy Policy. External links and services have their own terms; Coro does not control their content or availability.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted, Coro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise accuracy, fitness, error-free operation, absolute security, perfect translations, or trustworthy third-party content. This does not limit warranties or rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted, Rodrigo Uroz is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities, data loss outside reasonable controls, or third-party conduct. This limit does not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot be limited.
11. Law and venue
Argentine law governs these Terms. Disputes go to competent Argentine courts, without displacing mandatory consumer, privacy, or other protections that apply where you live.
12. Changes and contact
We may change these Terms. We will publish the date and reasonably notify material changes; continued use after the effective date accepts the update where law permits. If one clause is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. For general questions email [email protected]. The Spanish version controls if it differs from this translation.
