Community Rules

Coro exists for speaking to people as people. These Rules apply to messages, profiles, and every use of the service. Political, social, and current-events discussion is allowed; disagreement does not excuse abuse.

1. No spam or manipulation

Do not post spam, repetitive content, deceptive automation, scams, coordinated manipulation, or malicious links. Do not use unauthorized bots or inflate reactions, reach, or engagement.

2. No harassment or hate

Do not harass, stalk, target people for humiliation, or coordinate attacks. Do not promote hatred, inferiority, or dehumanization based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.

3. No threats or violence

Do not threaten, incite, coordinate, or celebrate real harm against people or groups. Journalistic, educational, or critical context may be allowed when it does not promote harm.

4. Protect private information

Do not publish or threaten to publish a home address, private contact details, credentials, documents, precise location, or other personal information without permission. Do not enable doxxing, extortion, or unauthorized access.

5. Sexual safety and minors

Adult sexual content is not allowed. Any material, sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or sexual conduct involving minors is strictly prohibited. Coro is only for people aged 18 or older.

6. Self-harm and emergencies

Do not encourage, celebrate, or instruct self-harm or suicide. People may safely discuss experiences and seek support. Coro is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services when there is immediate danger.

7. Illegal activity, fraud, and impersonation

Do not offer illegal transactions, exploitation, malware, stolen credentials, or instructions intended to cause harm. Do not deceptively impersonate a person or organization.

8. Do not evade controls

Do not evade blocks, limits, quarantine, suspension, or technical measures. Do not help others do so.

9. Reporting and protecting yourself

Use report, mute, and block tools when appropriate. Reports must be made in good faith. To appeal a material action or report something that cannot be handled in the product, email [email protected].

10. Enforcement

Coro uses automated signals and human review. Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, we may reduce distribution, exclude from exploration, hold for review, remove content, limit features, or suspend access. We may preserve evidence needed for safety and appeals. Tools can make mistakes, and material decisions can be submitted for review. The Spanish version controls if it differs from this translation.
